Installation of floor smoke exhaust and air supply valves has begun in buildings 8 and 9. Works on facade insulation and finishing, installation of air conditioning brackets, arrangement of internal engineering and fire alarm networks, installation of apartment and technical doors, installation of radiators, and wall and floor finishing in common areas are ongoing.

Works on facade insulation and installation of brackets for air conditioners continue in building 7. Internal engineering works and works in common areas are being carried out: wall and floor finishing.

In the building 7.1, works are underway to install windows and metal-plastic doors to exits to cold passages, and works are underway to arrange internal engineering networks.

In the parking lot, work is nearing completion on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and waterproofing of the exterior walls. Bricklaying works and installation of engineering systems are underway.

Backfilling works for landscaping and installation of external networks of the complex are in progress.
