Point 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4: facade finishing works, interior finishing works in common areas (painting of walls), and laying of internal engineering networks are being completed. At Point 1.4, the equipment for individual heating stations is being installed.

Point 2.1, 2.2: finishing works on the facade, laying of internal utility networks, fencing of stairs and cold passages, installation of windows, installation of elevator equipment, finishing of common areas and the basement are being completed.

Point 2.3: works on facade finishing, laying of utility networks, interior finishing works in common areas, installation of elevator equipment, windows, fencing of stairs and cold passages are ongoing.

Work continues on the parking lot, shopping center and landscaping.

The brickwork of the kindergarten is in progress.
