In buildings 8 and 9, works are underway to insulate and finish the facade and install brackets for air conditioners, arrange internal engineering networks, floor smoke exhaust and air supply valves, install apartment doors, and perform common areas: wall and floor finishing, install windows, doors and fences in cold passages, and install elevators.

Works on facade insulation and installation of brackets for air conditioners continue in building 7. Installation of window structures and roofing is nearing completion. Works are underway in the common areas: wall and floor finishing. Installation of elevators is in progress.

Bricklaying and roofing works have been completed in building 7.1. Preparatory work is underway on the arrangement of internal engineering networks.

In the parking lot, works on the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete structures and waterproofing of external walls are being completed. Brickwork is underway.

Backfilling works for landscaping are underway.
