Point 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4: facade finishing works, interior finishing works in common areas, installation of staircase fences, and installation of internal utility networks are being completed. The cold passages have been completed, as well as the installation of technical and apartment doors.

Works on the parking lot and the mall are ongoing.

Works are underway to install vertical elements of the 1st floor of the kindergarten.
