Works on facade insulation and installation of brackets for air conditioners continue in buildings 8 and 9. Work has begun on the installation of radiators in the apartments. The arrangement of internal engineering networks is ongoing, and works are being carried out in common areas: wall and floor finishing, installation of windows, doors and fences in cold passages, and installation of elevators.

In building 7, works are underway to insulate the facade and install brackets for air conditioners. Installation of window structures and roofing is nearing completion. Works are underway in the common areas: wall and floor finishing. Installation of elevators is in progress.

Roofing works are underway in building 7.1. Brickwork at the level of the 4th floor.

In the parking lot, works are underway to install monolithic reinforced concrete structures and waterproof the exterior walls. Brickwork has begun.
