Point 1.1: insulation and facade finishing works, interior finishing works in common areas, installation of staircase and cold passages fences, installation of apartment doors are underway. Internal utility networks are being laid, and a smoke removal shaft has been installed.

Points 1.2, 1.3, 1.4: facade finishing is nearing completion. Finishing of common areas and installation of cement-sand screed in the apartments on the top floor, installation of elevator equipment is underway.

Point 2.1: facade finishing works are ongoing. Brickwork has been completed. Works are underway to lay internal utility networks, fence staircases and cold passages, install windows, and finish common areas and apartments on the top floor.

Point 2.2: facade finishing works are underway. Works on laying internal engineering networks and elevator equipment, finishing the basement, common areas and apartments on the top floor are ongoing. Installation of windows is in progress.

Point 2.3: windows are being installed. Work continues on laying internal utilities and fencing the stairs. Cement-sand screed is being installed at the level of the 24th floor. Brick steal at the level of the 25th floor. Work has begun on the installation of elevator equipment.

Work continues on the construction of the parking lot and mall.
